Would you like to learn how to keep bees in your garden or on your allotment? Beverley Beekeepers hold courses to teach you do just this.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions we were unable to run this course in 2020. We already have a number of people who have registered and paid for the course so to catch up we will run two courses this year
Our six-week course will start on Thursday May 28th at 18.30 and continue each Thursday until July 2nd. It will be held at our Beverley Training apiary. This is a practical beekeeping course and will cover the basics of beekeeping.
Cost is £60 to non-members and £55 for those who have paid the entry level membership fee of £5!
The two courses will take place as follows:
- 27 May – 1 July (primarily folks who have carried over from 2020)
- 8 July – 5 August (places available)
Full protective clothing will be provided as well as course notes. Each session will last about two hours.
You may alternatively like to attend our Taster Day.
