Swarm phone data 2019
In 2019 the Swarm Phone received 375 calls through the swarming season. Of these 177 were either unidentified or not Honey bees. Beekeepers are not insured to deal with species other than Honey bees.

With so many calls members were somewhat overwhelmed. Despite this 57 swarms were successfully collected and re-homed following Swarm Phone calls and another 19 have been reportedly collected by beekeepers who have been contacted directly.
