Book Locations
In order to
enable borrowers to more easily find a book on a particular
topic the library has been divided into specific
categories.
There are three main categories:-
Beekeeping, Hive Products and Natural History.
Each of these is further sub-divided into topics. Each
topic has been given an identifying code to enable any
books on a particular topic to be located. All books carry
their location code in addition to their existing
library accession number. To make life even easier the main
categories are colour coded.
