By joining Beverley BKA you automatically become a member
of YBKA.
The YBKA is one of the biggest county members of the
British Beekeepers Assoc.. It comprises 22 Districts from
Doncaster in the South to Cleveland in the north and has
around 1,000 members. YBKA organises events and shows as
well as promoting the craft at a county level.

Membership
of Beverley also includes membership of British Beekeepers.
With around 10,000 members BBKA is the voice of beekeeping
in the UK. It operates on a federated basis with delegates
from all the counties, which in turn represent districts.
BBKA run events during the year. This includes a huge
convention with trade and other stands in the spring at
Stoneleigh in Warwickshire. For more info go to

They also issue a regular direct mail newsletter to all
members with other information as well as lobbying
government etc.
